Unlike a sticky bra that holds itself up with adhesive alone, Perkkd inserts are supported by your clothing and can't stay up on their own. Wear them with fitted, structured tops.

Recommended Usage
Please note: our inserts are not intended for individuals with sensitive or thin skin, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Start clean. Skin should be dry and free of lotion, oil, or makeup — anything on the skin weakens the adhesive.
- Get dressed first. Put your top on before the inserts go anywhere.
- Position, don't press. Slide each insert between your top and your body without sticking it to the skin yet.
- Scoop and set. Scoop your breast up and in to the shape you want, then press the insert and the fabric to your skin together. Hold for five seconds.
- Check and adjust. Repeat on the other side and check symmetry. Peel gently and reset if needed.
After each wear, hand wash with mild soap and cool water, air dry adhesive-side up, and reapply the protective films right away to keep dust and lint off the adhesive.

How do I clean my Perkkd Inserts?
Rinse the adhesive side gently with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap, then let them air dry completely, sticky side up. Never rub with a towel or use hot water, as this can damage the adhesive.
